Much
of the glass collected today is 40s 50s 60s glassware, meaning it was
manufactured and sold in the 1940s, the 1950s and the 1960s. This glass is
usually easier to find (and less expensive) than some of the older patterns,
which makes it more attractive to many collectors. There is a great chance
that if you visit an antique store of flea market, you will see plenty of glass
from this area.
If you are a glass lover like me, you will build a
collection just by not being able to pass up the great prices you find.
Plus many of us have memories of these various patterns from or childhood or
earlier times.

meantime, you can search on for any pattern
at the bottom of this page to see what it looks like.)
