Easy Chicken Pie Recipe 6 Chicken breasts cooked & boned
1 Can peas & carrots
1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
1 Cup chicken broth
1 Stick butter
1 ½ Cups self-rising flour
1 ½ Cups milk
Line 8 ½ x 11 greased pan with chicken pieces.
Drain peas & carrots & pour over chicken
Mix Cream of Chicken soup with broth and pour over peas & carrots
Melt butter and mix with flour & milk
Pour over casserole.
Bake 425 until crust is golden brown (approx 40 minutes)
