Restaurant Ware was made for (you guessed it) restaurants and "mass feeding establishments". It is a small and plain pattern that is very popular with collectors. The jadite is the most plentiful color. All of the other colors are rare.
The pattern consisted of 6 Bowls - 4 3/4" Fruit, 5" Handled, 9 1/4" Flat Soup, 8 ounce Cereal with Flanged Rim, 10 ounce Deep and 15 ounce Deep; 5 cups - Demitasse, 6 ounce Straight, 7 ounce Extra Heavy, 7 ounce Tapered and 7 ounce with Narrow Rim; 7 ounce Coffee Mug: Ball Jug Pitcher (3 different styles) and 9 plates - 5 1/2" Bread & Butter, 6 3/4" Pie or Salad, 8" Luncheon, 8 7/8" Oval Partitioned, 8 7/8" Oval Non-Partitioned, 9 5/8" 3-Compartment (3 Different Styles), 9 5/8" 5-Compartment, 9" Dinner, 9 1/2" and 10" Serving Plate; 3 Platters - 9 1/2"Oval Platter, 93/4" "Football" Oval and 11 1/2" Oval Platter, and 3 Saucers - Demitasse Saucer, 6" Saucer and rare 71/2" Saucer for the Handled Bowl. The Ball Jug Pitcher is the most valuable item from this collection.
