Ovide Depression Glass

Colors:
Green and Black.  White platonite pieces trimmed with fired-on colors were made in the 1950s.  The true depression era items (in green & black) are hard to find and aren't widely collected because there were only a few items and those are harder to find.

Some items were made in the Art Deco styles pictured - these are much more valuable.

Depression era items made in this pattern include: Covered Candy Dish; Cup & Saucer; 2 Plates - 6" Sherbet & 8" Luncheon (both in green only); Salt & Pepper Shakers; Sherbet & Creamer and Sugar.
