Glass Identification:: Is this a Hazel Atlas pattern?

I have attached a photo of a pitcher with a tulip design that I can't identify or find one like it. Is it Hazel Atlas even though it's not marked? Is there such a thing as a Swanky Swig pitcher? Thanks for your help!

Hi Betty -
I found several Anchor Hocking pitchers from the 40s50s60s in this shape - but none with this pattern. But I am relatively certain it was made by Anchor Hocking.
