Glass Identification Question - Anyone know this goblet?

(Virginia)

Pretty pale pink..I do not know the pattern and need more!

Hi Sylvia -

I believe your goblet is made by Noritake - the pattern name is Provincial. You can see the eBay listings here - Noritake Provincial

This pattern is very similar but not identical to "Old Williamsburg" - it was originally made by Heisey, then Imperial and lastly Lenox in the early 1980s. There is a picture of a green one here - 40s 50s 60s glassware. It was made in many different colors and there is a pink along with the azalea. You can see an example of the Imperial azalea color here - Elegant Glass.

As you can tell the stem is a little different and the base of the goblet is a little wider.

Old Williamsburg is fairly easy to find - my advice is if you are buying on eBay to wait and buy a set - it will save you a great deal on shipping costs & you will get a perfect color match.

You can see the current eBay listings here - Old Williamsburg

Does the cup area look longer to you?
by: Sylvia

I think the Noritake Provincial is to long in the cup area...mine is a little shorter. If that makes sense.
I had thought about the Williamsburg but the base is different..but looks closer to mine in the cup area.
