According to Warman's Depression Glass, 5th edition by Ellen T. Schroy, these are American Sweetheart crystal sherbet glasses with chrome bases. The pattern was made by Macbeth-Evans Glass, and there's a photo of one of the same sherbet glasses in the book. Hope this helps someone!
