Glass Identification Request: Frosted Plate

Hello,I have just started collecting and my first piece has got me stumped cannot find the pattern, if anyone can help that would be great in identifying my plate. Its quite heavy and has some bubbling in the clear glass centre the frosted section feels slightly rough.
