Glass Identification Request: Is it a Large Crackle Glass Goblet, Vase?

I have been trying to find this item under every possible scenario I can think of. The color is older but the design seems more current. It's hand blown or at least appears to be. It's crackled, gold/amber, finer stem. There are no chips, cracks or blemishes other than small swirls or bubbles in glass itself. It measures 7 1/2 " tall by approx. 5" wide.
