Glass Identification Request: punch cup?

2 3/4" diameter by 3 18" high. has a makers mark on bottom with a "H"; a number 30 and an upside down lamp? Not sure how to say it.

Hi Ginny,

Is the mark maybe an H on an anchor? If so that is Anchor Hocking, circa 1938.

If the mark doesn't look like that, snap a shot of it and post it.
