I don't know what your pattern is called, sorry, but I wanted to give you a website that you can click around on and MAYBE ID your stem. Go to:

Click on the folder with Elegant & Depression Glass Companies and go from there! Be sure to look at each companies Etch pattern folders. If you like elegant, needle etched stemware be sure to bookmark this website for future reference.
From what I gather from friends who collect Rose patterns there are a lot of variations and since you have the stem you'll be able to ID it a lot easier than I can.
IF you don't see your pattern, you can go to Replacements.com and you can submit your photo to them and they can ID it for you! It is free and it takes a few days but they will get back to you. Also, they will let you know if they have any in stock for sale and if not, they will notify you when they do!
