Hi Kaaila,

It is SO hard to find out who produced plates like this. Your plate is plain and SO many companies hand basic plates that they had companies etch for them.

Your pattern appears to be wheel etched/cut so that would date it to ca. 1930. With wheel cut glass it's safe to say 1910 - 1930. Check out this website:

Go to the Elegant & Depression glass folder and go through the manufacturers. Look at the patterns and etchings folders.

If you don't find anything there you can always submit a photo to Replacements.com. It's free and if they have any information, other than "gray cut" they will provide it for you.

Companies like Barlett-Collins, Dunbar and Standard Glass (just to name a few) had wheel etched glass.

I collect wheel etched/cut glass so anytime I find a new piece all I can do is HOPE I can identify the blank because the etching....LOL....I know more than likely I will NEVER learn what company did that!

Good luck! Have a great day!
