Pink Swirl 8 1/2 inch VASE Painted Decoration ID Help Please

The quality of the glass is beautiful. Flat bottom Vase large Swirls
form bulbous shape with smaller fluted top.
Hand painted flowers on one side.

Hi Debbie -
I am not familiar with this - although it reminds me of the painted items that were popular in the 1940s & 1950s. Maybe someone can help us out with some more info.
