Sandwich Pattern Look-a-like?

I'm not sure if this is a large torte plate or the underplate to a punch bowl set. It measures approximately 17-1/2 inches across. What I'm curious about is what pattern this is, it looks like Sandwich but it is not. Anybody have any ideas? Thank you in advance. John

It is similar to Sandwich - I am not familiar with it - we'll see if anyone can help us - it is a lovely pattern!
